Collections, Returns and Refunds


Orders are available for collection from the farm steading. A member of our team will be in touch to arrange collection once orders have been processed. If you have any questions or wish to arrange specific collections times please contact


Please note that we do not offer delivery, and products must be collected from the farm as detailed above.

Returns and Refunds

Generally we do not offer returns or refunds due to the perishable nature of our products. Please check your order carefully on collection or delivery. If there are any problems with your order or products you receive, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your order and we will do our best to rectify the situation.


If you wish to cancel or make changes to your order please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have been dispatched and no refunds will be given for late cancellation of orders.
