Spring Market at Kilduff Farm

East Lothian Spring Market

Welcoming the new season on the farm

East Lothian Spring Market

Spring Market 2023

Building on the success of our Christmas Market, we are excited to introduce a new event to East Lothian this spring.  Joining forces with East Lothian Food and Drink and welcoming an exciting line up of local businesses, we hope that the market will shine a spotlight on the incredible food and drink producers in the county. There will also be a number of local makers and crafters at the market, showcasing their creations, for those looking for spring inspired gifts.

An evening market, for those over the age of 16, will take place on Friday 31st March and a daytime, family friendly market on Saturday 1st April. There will be an array of delicious food and drink available to fuel hungry shoppers on both days.

In line with our commitment to educating about food and farming, there will be activities to keep little ones busy. Children will be able turn their hand to sowing seeds to tend to at home.

Tickets for our Spring Market are now on sale!

Baking Bread With James Morton

We are delighted to be welcoming author, doctor, baker and Great British Bake Off finalist, James Morton, to the farm for a special author event on Saturday 1st April.

James, who has written and published 7 books on all things bread and brewing, will be sharing his love of baking bread in two very special hour-long demonstrations in our new workshop space on the farm.

James will be demonstrating how to make bread from scratch and sharing his insight into ingredients, kneading, no-knead methods, shaping, scoring and baking. There will be an opportunity to taste James’ bread and ask questions too. He will also be on hand to sign copies of some of his books, which can be purchased at an additional cost on the day.

This special event will run alongside our spring market, so once you have gleaned tips and tricks from the bread baking master, you can pop over to enjoy our special spring event too.

Date: Saturday 1st April 2023
Time: Sessions 11am – 12pm | 2 – 3pm
Tickets: £15 per person and includes entry to the Spring Market
